Cerebral Palsy is a chronic condition affecting muscle coordination and body movement. Cerebral Palsy is usually caused by oxygen deprivation and trauma to the head during labor and delivery. These can each occur for several reasons including birth complications and doctor error. Cerebral Palsy occurs if a child does not get enough oxygen and his or her brain is injured. Faulty development or damage to motor areas in the brain disrupt the brain's ability to adequately control movement and posture.
If you, your child, or someone you know has suffered from cerebral palsy, please submit the accompanying form. You may be entitled to monetary awards for your injury!
